Um die Anforderungen von Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft an Wissenschaft und Technik besser zu verstehen, wurde das Projekt VISION initiiert, welches von 2004 &#8211; 2005 das Wissenschafts- und Technologie-System Vietnams evaluieren sollte. In Kooperation mit dem vietnamesischen &#8222;National Institute of Science and Technology Forecast and Strategy Studies (NISTPASS)&#8220; und weiteren lokalen Partnern wurden umfangreiche Stakeholder-Konsultationen in insgesamt vier Regionen und f\u00fcnf Industriesektoren organisiert, wobei mehr als 500 Teilnehmer, 54 Unternehmen und 60 Forschungsinstitute befragt wurden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basierend auf den Stakeholder-Beitr\u00e4gen, entwickelte das CCIS-Team Empfehlungen f\u00fcr reelle Innovations-Richtlinien und Pl\u00e4ne. Dieser partizipative Ansatz sicherte eine langfristige Kooperation zwischen dem CCIS und Vietnam und war unter anderem Basis f\u00fcr die Gr\u00fcndung eines Evaluationszentrums f\u00fcr Wissenschaft und Technologie in Vietnam (VISTEC).
